Amazing ‘hands on’ day packed with a beautiful balance of lecturing concepts, principles, legal components and building conversion advice. The afternoon showed us how these work in ‘real life.’ Jim has a very unique approach to this course, compared to some others provided in the training market, in the sense that we were in a small group where the lecturer was approachable at all times and had no problem with changing direction when participants wanted to go more in-depth into a particular topic.
I feel very much empowered now to find a potential HMO, run the numbers, assess realistic future yield and to manage the conversion towards a healthy profitable property.
