HMO Mastery/Consultation
HMO Daddy will help you for 12 months (or as long as you are paying £500 pcm if you chose the monthly option) to acquire and set up your first HMO’s. This Consultation includes 8 hours of One to One Mentorship with Jim - dates to suit you. Additionally you get UNLIMITED ATTENDANCE ON ALL OF HMO DADDY’s COURSES during those 12 months (subject to availability) and also unlimited telephone access to HMO Daddy. Jim will also give you ‘first refusal’ on Joint Venture Projects that he has.
Cost is £5,997 or an initial payment of £1,200 and then payments of £500 pcm. Please contact this office for further details and available dates.

40 Day Mentoring Programme
I also offer a 40 Day MENTORSHIP PROGRAMME which is FREE on the job training. This is ideal for the “time rich cash poor” who want hands on experience of running houses in multiple occupation.
I will provide you with free training, experience and accommodation to anyone who is not work shy and does not mind getting their hands dirty! This is a fantastic opportunity not only to see first hand what it is like to run HMO’s but to learn business and how to identify and source HMO’s.
You must be available for a minimum of 40 days ( Monday to Friday ) which can be spread over a period of about 6 months and keep to an agreed timetable of attendance.
There is a deposit of £795 which is refundable on completion of the programme.
