The first day on your arrival you will be greeted by the HMO Daddy Team.
- Be shown how our administration works
- See the forms and paperwork procedure.
- Be given a CD Rom with the template forms that HMO Daddy use.
- Be shown how handle day to day telephone enquiries and the correct way in which you should answer the telephone.
- Accompany an area manager around some properties to see how to deal with any issues that may arise.
- Conduct viewings.
- Select tenants.
- Collect Rents.
- Inspect Properties.
- Be shown three styles of HMO properties that are owned by HMO Daddy..
There will be an opportunity throughout the period to ask HMO Daddy as many questions as required and to discuss business further.
This is a very intensive training course. The content and style of the course is flexible to meet the individual needs and requirements of the participant, and the contents can, if need be compressed into one day, or spread over a number of days.
The days begin at 10am – 5pm and as usual HMO Daddy will be available afterwards to answer any questions and discuss matters further throughout the evening.
You and up to two of your partners, friends or associates can attend at any one time. Only one price of £997 will be charged whether you attend on your own or you have two others attend.
You are recommended but it is not essential to either have attended the HMO Daddy’s one day course on ‘How to Become a HMO Landlord’ or have read the manual ‘ How to Become a Multimillionaire HMO Landlord’ before attending this ‘On the Job Training Course’.
