THE HMO INTRODUCTORY COURSE
This day is for all - whether you are a complete novice contemplating your first HMO , a landlord with single let properties, or an existing HMO landlord - everyone learns from this day. With our experience developing and running HMOs from 3 to 50 beds, over 25 years, there are lessons to be learned for all.
Yout day begins with 2 hours classroom - what is the current legislation, what do you need to provide for tenants, how do you manage them and much much more. We then take a trip out to see various examples of typical HMOs - this is different every week as we tailor it to the needs of the group, but typically covers small residential house conversion, larger above shops, and then a large office conversion.
A working lunch (on us) is followed by classroom number crunching, real life examples and finance. The class finishes at 4pm but if you have questions - we stay as long as you want to.
